I’m a Loungewear Snob, and This Under-$35 Buttery-Soft Set Is My New Go-To

The fabric is easily my favorite feature of the set. It’s a blend of rayon and spandex that is silky-smooth and cool. It actually feels like you flipped your pillow over in the middle of the night and are wearing the cool side. The set is also my ideal medium weight. As someone who gets hot often, it keeps me comfortable but is still warm enough to wear during winter. Plus, it’s breathable and doesn’t trap my body heat.

The fit is also perfect. As a plus-size person, it’s difficult to find oversized pieces, but the Scoop set gives that comfortable feel without looking sloppy. I sized up to get an even more loose, flowy feel, and I love the way they skim my body without feeling restrictive, and they don’t look frumpy despite being loose. Plus, the pieces are size inclusive ranging from small to 4X.

Because I work from home, I also need a lounge set that will look good during on-camera meetings, and these fit the bill. The cropped sweatshirt has a drop sleeve that adds interest, a classic crew neckline, and elastic wrists for a crisper fit. If I need to run errands after my nine-to-five, I can easily tuck the front of the cropped style into the cargo joggers and pair them with sneakers for an elevated look.
