Mary Lou Retton’s family is continuing to grow!

The 57-year-old former Olympic gymnast announced the birth of her eldest daughter, Shayla Schrepfer’s first child. The adorable reveal was shared via Instagram on Wednesday, Feb. 12.

Swaying the bundle of joy back and forth over one pink and one blue outfit, Schrepfer captioned her Instagram Reels, “BABY SCHREPFER IS A… ????”

“BOY 🩵,” the first-time mom, 29, wrote further down in the post, which also showed the newborn dressed in blue.

The infant, whom she shares with her husband Wyatt Schrepfer, was born “6lbs 7oz, 19 inches long” on Feb. 11. The couple named him Sullivan Wyatt Schrepfer and referred to him as “OUR EVERYTHING!!!” in the joint post.

“Screaming crying throwing up,” Shayla’s younger sister, McKenna Lane Kelley, commented.

Retton is mom to four children: Shayla, McKenna, 27, Skyla Brae, 24, and Emma Jean, 22.

Shayla first shared news of her pregnancy in August 2024, roughly one week after her sister Skyla welcomed a baby girl, which officially made Retton a first-time grandmother.

“BABY SCHREPFER COMING FEBRUARY 2025! ✨🌼,” Shayla began as the caption to her Instagram reveal at the time.

The single picture upload showed Shayla smiling as she held onto ultrasound photos with her arms wrapped around Wyatt. His back was to the camera as he wore a baseball cap that said, “Rad dad.”

The retired gymnast previously spoke to PEOPLE about her plans as a first-time grandmother — and what she expected to be called!

“I’m going to be a LouLou,” Retton told PEOPLE exclusively in the July 2024 interview, revealing her adorable moniker. “I don’t want to be a Mimi, a Gigi, or a Nana. A LouLou!”

“I’m just going to be spoiling the heck out of them,” Retton said. “Which I did not do to my kids! So I’ll spoil them, and when they come over I’ll just play with them, hide and seek, all of it. It’s going to be LouLou’s time!”
