If your trusty NutriBullet Original has seen better days but you can’t justify the cost or loss of counter space that a Vitamix blender would require, you have to try our latest kitchen gadget obsession: the Beast Mini Blender ($99). The blender has fans ranging from home influencers to fitness icons like Ally Love, all of whom rave about its ease, power, and aesthetic. After three of our shopping editors received their own to test, they determined whether the blender lives up to the hype.

About the Beast Mini Blender

The blender’s base has a 600-watt motor that can create ridiculously creamy blends in less than two minutes. While it can pump out a silky smoothie, it can also be used to grind, chop, mince, whip, and juice, which adds to its versatility in the kitchen. The compact design is small enough to accommodate any countertop and packs easily. You can even drink your smoothie straight out of the blending container by switching out the blade piece with the included leak-proof drinking lid and straw.

If you’ve experienced other blenders that give off a burned plastic smell while blending, you’ll appreciate that the Mini Blender has a patented thermal safety sensor that helps to keep it from overheating by monitoring the internal temperature of the ingredients. To keep it simple and easy to operate, there’s just a single button. You can choose between a pulse-blend function or a hands-free blend, depending on how long you hold the button.

What’s Included:

  • 60-watt base
  • Blade assembly
  • 640mL blending cup
  • Storage lid
  • Drinking lid
  • Straw cap
  • Two straws

Our three shopping editors used the Mini Blender to create concoctions ranging from protein smoothies to salad dressing, and divulged their honest thoughts. Keep reading to discover their favorite features and the rating they think the Mini Blender deserves.
